House of Balloons: Treatment

This is my treatment for my House of Balloons film that I am trying to create for my coursework. I need this to show the outlines of the film, cast, locations, costumes etc. I need this so I can have a clear outline of what I want to achieve with this film I'm going to make and how I shall go about it.
